Secure Your Adventure in Advance!

Our established online reservation system creates a smooth booking experience for your watersports adventure. Secure your watercraft in advance to guarantee availability, particularly on weekends and holidays. While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend reservations to make the most of your visit.

Hours of operation:

Open 10 am to 6 pm w/ our last 1-hour rental going out at 5 pm.

*NEW* Extended hours at Stewart this Saturday evening. Rentals until 8pm with last 1 hour rental going out at 7pm.

Rates

All rentals come with a life jacket and all basic paddling gear to have an enjoyable time on the water. Included in the rental are quick-start paddling tips from our trained employees so you can have an enjoyable day on the water. Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time and have all waivers signed! Signing of waivers during reservation time, counts toward the time on the water.

• NYS Sales Tax is included in price
• Late fees will apply for going over the rental time
• Additional fees may be applied for lost or severely damaged gear
• Additional fees may be applied for retrievals & rescues

Steps to Book Your Watersport Rental:

1. Choose Your Adventure: Select from kayaks, paddleboards, and more on our booking page.
2. Select Date and Time: Pick your preferred date and time for the adventure.
3. Review and Accept Policies: Carefully read through our rental policies and procedures.
4. Complete Your Booking: Fill in your details and make your payment to confirm your reservation.

Important Policies to Note:

• Late Return Fee: Please note that returning your watercraft late will incur a fee. It’s important to return on time to avoid additional charges.
• Retrieval Fees: If your watercraft needs to be retrieved due to improper use or abandonment, a retrieval fee will be charged. Please ensure you stay within designated areas and return the equipment yourself.

YOU WILL GET WET, SO DRESS APPROPRIATELY BY LOOKING AT THE WEATHER FORECAST!

All participants must read and sign an assumption of risk and release of liability form prior to renting Paddle-N-More’s watercraft found in the confirmation email. Children under the age of 18 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please note: by signing the Release of Liability and Rental Agreement, renters agree to pay fees for damaged or lost gear and retrievals.

Paddling on Cayuga Lake has hazards. Please read the RULES, REGULATIONS AND AGE POLICIES carefully.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that everyone’s perfect day on the water might look different—what’s too hot for one might be too cold for another. As a rental company, last-minute cancellations can be costly. However, we recognize that unexpected events happen, and it doesn’t seem fair for you to lose your entire rental fee if you need to reschedule.

Our Cancellation Policy: Simple, Strict, but Fair

• 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a 100% refund.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or event, for any reason, are charged the full reservation cost.
• Weather Conditions: We do not allow cancellations due to less than ideal weather. However, if the weather conditions are unsafe—such as high winds, lightning, or storms—we will contact you to either cancel or reschedule your reservation. Cancellations initiated by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund.
• Unsafe Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Please Note: Arriving late will cut into your scheduled time on the water. Due to other reservations, we cannot extend your rental period. Fees will be applied for equipment returned outside of the reservation timeframe.

Private Group Rentals

Are you looking for a special event for family fun or an organization event. Book a private group rental with us! To book a private group, you must have a minimum of six participants. 100% payment must be received to hold the reservation. It is recommended to make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Please email customer@paddlenmore.com to schedule your private group. Availability of watercraft and staff is not guaranteed without a reservation.
