Paddle Into Summer with Paddle-N-More’s Kayak Programs
This summer, Paddle-N-More invites you to experience our waterways like never before. We’re offering two unique kayak programs: the On the Canals Thursday Night Sunset Tours, fully funded by the New York State Canal Corporation, and our Tuesday Afternoon Community Paddles, designed to increase local accessibility to paddlesports. Both programs run from mid-June through the end of August and are an excellent way to get on the water, connect with nature, and learn more about our local aquatic environments.
Love Your Lake Tuesday Afternoon Community Paddles — Stewart Park, Ithaca, NY

This program is presented in collaboration with Discover Cayuga Lake, with special funding support provided to ensure community access to meaningful, guided paddling experiences on Cayuga Lake.
Paddle-N-More is excited to offer Tuesday Afternoon Community Paddles at Stewart Park in Ithaca, NY — designed to increase access for local residents to enjoy paddling opportunities in a supported and welcoming environment.
Location: Stewart Park, Ithaca, NY
Schedule: Tuesday afternoons | Mid-June – Late August
- Cost: Participation is fully covered for community members
- Activity: Kayaking only (single and tandem kayaks available)
- Guides: Friendly, certified ACA paddling instructors
- Designed For: Local residents — especially those who may not otherwise have access to paddling

On the Canals offers FREE recreational adventures sponsored by the NYS Canal Corporation and NY Power Authority. Enjoy unique opportunities to experience the Canal waterways and trails. On the Canals excursions include kayaking, cycling, cruising, hiking, outdoor painting, snowshoeing and accessible adventures such as adaptive kayaking.

Unwind on the water and take in a Cayuga Lake sunset during our Thursday Night Sunset Tours—a guided kayaking experience made possible through funding from the New York State Canal Corporation as part of the On the Canals initiative.
