SUP Yoga at Paddle-N-More
Find Balance, Breathe Deeply, and Flow with the Water
Come experience true flow in our floating yoga classes! Practicing yoga on a paddleboard invites a new perspective on presence, balance, and connection to nature. Each class blends movement, breath, and serenity as the paddleboard becomes your mat — the birds your background music, the sun your spotlight, and the water your reminder to stay playful and present.
SUP yoga emphasizes slowed transitions, strong core engagement, and mindful alignment to maintain balance on ever-shifting water. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, each session offers space to relax, rejuvenate, and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. All asanas (poses) are modifiable to support every level of paddler and yogi.
