- 10% off for groups renting 10 or more watercraft
Booking & Payment Details:
- A minimum of 8 participants is required for private group bookings. Groups with fewer than 8 participants must book through our regular reservation system.
- 100% payment must be received to hold the reservation.
- Checks and split payments are not accepted.
- We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but as a rental company, last-minute cancellations are costly. Our policy is simple, strict, and fair.
- Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: 100% refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Subject to full reservation cost.
- Weather-related cancellations: We do not cancel for less-than-ideal weather. However, if hazardous conditions occur (high winds, lightning, storms), we will notify you and issue a full refund if we cancel.
- Late Arrivals: Your time on the water begins at the scheduled start time. Guided tours will begin on time, even if all participants have not arrived.
