Paddle-N-More is seeking employees to fill several positions for the 2018 season. At Paddle-N-More, we offer rentals, lessons, guided tours, and kids camps at both our Myers Park (Lansing, NY), Taughannock Falls (Trumansburg, NY), and Stewart Park (Ithaca) locations. We specialize in kayaking, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding.

Working at Paddle-N-More is both highly rewarding and challenging. We are seeking individuals who can work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Qualified individuals must be customer oriented, have excellent communication skills, work well with others, have a flexible work schedule and positive attitude. Paddle-N-More is looking for qualified individuals to fill the positions of Rental Shop Employees, Paddling Instructors, and Camp Counselors. Rental Shop Employee
The Rental Shop Employee helps customers through the rental process and helping customers with standup paddleboards, kayaks, canoes and gear. Duties include conducting the rental process, loading and unloading of boats off storage racks and boat trailers, showing clients basic paddling techniques, and cleaning and maintaining the watercraft and paddleshops. We have several part-time rental shop employee positions available at both locations.

Requirements: Applicants must be polite, responsible, friendly, hard-working, enjoy working outdoors, and able to lift 50+ pounds. Part-time positions are available May through September. Must be sixteen years of age. High school and college students interested in outdoor work are encouraged to apply. Must be available on weekends. Pay rate: starting at minimum wage.
